Having navigated COVID and in fact enjoyed significant continued growth, this group embody the service innovation that is revolutionising the insights industry and leaving monolithic legacy competitors behind. As Client Director you’ll be assigned to one of the biggest names in Social Media! The role will have European focus, incorporate managing a team of international analysts, and will centre on studies pertaining to how this brand is perceived online compared to other huge online brands, and using social listening insights to enhance such brand perception to beyond simply household name status. Effectively you’ll lead the effort of turning the ‘what’ into ‘why’ to seriously empower brand equity. At the same time, it’s hoped that your networking and commercial skills will see you grow the group’s social listening credentials overall – but your primary focus will be work with this influential client.
Ideally you’ll have a proven client leader background in social media from within the insights industry – whether from monitoring, evaluation and reputation insights role or similar. This is one of those leadership roles where you’ll be able to demonstrate you expertise and so afford significant influence across the senior team, given the knowledge required. As such, it’s better than just moving to what you might consider to be the established competition for same old – instead this social listening led Client Director role is set within a group that wants to do ‘more’ in this field in ways that everyone else isn’t, and that brings with it autonomy, career development, something fresh!
