Associate Director – Quantitative - Customer Insights & Experience

Using your research and client service skills, you will run and lead projects and client accounts. This will include kick off meetings, project design, QA and delivery of strategic outputs whilst managing, nurturing and developing your client relationships at all time. You will be keen to deliver the emerging stories and bring customer experiences to life for your clients. With a quant background, you will be interested in joining a tech enabled environment - however if this is a new avenue for you that’s fine as you will be supported by a highly capable, tech savvy team.
