Project Manager, Qualitative Fieldwork

Superb opportunity for a talented and experienced qualitative project manager to join the established experts in voice of the customer research. They bridge the gap between technology and research to deliver solutions to their clients.

Working within the Qualitative and Quantitative Fieldwork team, you will mainly responsible for liaising with recruiters/panels , sending out projects, updating the hitlist for past and current projects, checking profiles and making sure respondents are the right fit for the project.  You will also have the chance to assist on quant projects. Part of your role will be the organisation of market research projects across the country, taking full ownership of your designated projects. This will include briefings from clients, writing screeners, booking venues, managing recruiters. The role combines strong communication skills, coordinating and negotiating skills, forward planning and a solution focussed attitude to ensure the delivery of all projects assigned to you. This is a fast paced team, where no two days are the same.

You will have experience of managing multiple projects in a market research environment, specifically qualitative projects. Great communication and time management skills are essential.
