Data Coding Manager - MR Agency - £35k - Home Working - UK based only!!

Data Coder Manager with sound PM skills gained in the Market Research sector within a data management and coding team.

I'm looking for a Data Coding manager with excellent project management skills and a background gained in market research.

Here you will oversee a team responsible for applying numerical codes to large volumes of market research survey data in-order-to prepare for analysis and insights.

You will directly manage the day-to-day coordination, nurturing, recruitment and development of our Data Coding team's skills and processes, alongside building the Unit's client relationship.

Responsibilities will include:

· Leading a team of market research coders

· Leveraging tools and technology to optimise the ease, efficiency, and robustness of day-to-day operations

· Scheduling of daily workflows to ensure effective prioritisation for the Data Coding team

· Implementation of pre-project data checks to ascertain suitability for coding

· Ensuring correct and efficient set up of each project for coding

· Liaising with the client to ensure an industry-leading service for all stakeholders
