Evaluation, Senior Consultant - Energy and Environment Team

Our client, one of the largest research agencies are now looking for an Evaluation Senior Consultant (Research Manager) to join their specialist policy team which cover the area of environment and energy.

You will have a strong academic background in social sciences, e.g. economics, economic geography or stats

You will have a PASSION for and understanding of environmental public policy development

Wide and varied experience delivering ECONOMIC and IMPACT evaluation, overseeing complex projects.

You will have designed and delivered evaluation frameworks and evaluation methods

You will have applied economic and quantitative evaluation techniques, such as cost-benefit analysis, data-linking, econometric analysis (panel data models - fixed and random effects), experimental and quasi-experimental impact evaluation methods (RCTs, matching methods).

You will have worked within the area of decarbonisation, fuel poverty, energy efficiency, air pollution, biodiversity depletion and other related areas.

Worked with clients like DEFRA, World Bank and BEIS and other organisations.
