Head of Insight
An exciting opportunity to work with one of the UK’s most iconic brands, the Eden Project, and contribute to shaping our future growth and development with actionable audience insight and analysis. Eden is a major tourist attraction, educational charity and social enterprise in one, with plans to build Edens in every inhabited continent on the planet and engage individuals worldwide with our mission: to connect people with each other and the living world, exploring ways we can work together towards a better future.
We are looking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified senior manager to build on our desire to place audience insight at the heart of our organisation, to better inform our decision making and drive improvements to business performance. The Head of Insight will transform our approach to data and insight, through the development of a framework of core audience intelligence tools to deliver actionable organisational insights. They will play a lead role in evaluating our programmes and products, with a particular focus on Eden’s developing digital platforms. Reporting to the Marketing Director, they will work collaboratively with key teams and stakeholders throughout Eden in embedding an audience-led approach across the organisation to inform the future direction of marketing, programmes and events, digital strategy and on-site interpretation. The right person for the job will have a passion for using data and insight to input into everything from everyday problems to strategic decision making, and be adept at working across multiple projects, teams, and cross functional groups.
Based at the Eden Project site and offices in Cornwall, currently remote-working.
