Central London (Currently home working) - £55 - £75k + strong benefits
This international insight and strategy consultancy has enjoyed considerable success since they were established by leading industry experts, continuing to grow even in these challenging times. They are now looking for a talented Qualitative Director to join their senior management team in helping shape the future of the consultancy.
Providing consultancy to leading third, public and private sector organisations, they deliver insight-driven strategic advice to help their clients tackle a number of issues facing them such as reputation, campaign development and engagement. The company has a clear and defined culture which is one founded on innovation and creativity – the team relish working on complex problems and have cultivated open and honest communication with their clients. Every team member has a voice in the business and everyone is encouraged to share their views, ideas and opinions.
As Research Director you will manage key accounts as well as develop business. You will also remain hands-on with a huge variety of projects, ensuring that the research process is effectively managed by your team at each stage and delivering a clear story and implications to your clients. Your relationship management skills will be vital and with your highly effective leadership abilities you will mentor your team and delegate work to assist in their learning and development. You will have extensive qualitative (essential) and quantitative (desirable) experience gained at top research agencies and will have gained significant exposure to public, social, third sector clients, ideally with private sector expertise too.
If you are looking for an opportunity where you will enjoy being challenged by both clients and peers, working collaboratively and creatively on engaging and intellectually stimulating issues (and be well rewarded for it) this is a role not to be missed!
