Qualitative Account Director

You’ll help deliver a range of complex and exciting projects ranging from pricing, to new product development, customer experience, innovation and branding.

A senior member of the team, you take ownership of your clients, being the main point of contact whilst focusing on insight generation, client management and presenting.

An expert in qual, this role will see you utilising and building on your toolkit using a wide range of methodologies; everything from running focus groups and workshops, to in home emersions, UX sessions, taste tests and ethnography and conducting consumer one on one interviews.

Essentials:

  • Solid market research agency experience (preferably in FMCG)
  • Superb qualitative research skills – facilitating and moderating
  • Deliver superior insights through innovative research, quality moderating and thoughtful reporting
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with clients
