We are working with a leading brand strategy firm that are looking to hire a new consultant after consistent company growth and a growing demand for their services.

The Client

The company has a mature approach to their work with autonomy and flexible working being at the heart of company philosophy. Working from home 1 or 2 days per week, 4 day weeks or 9 day fortnights could all be offered. There will be plenty of opportunity for international travel, for example out of 26 employees there are currently 2 in Japan, 1 in Milan, and 3 in Paris. This is also one of the most transparent business you will come across with all numbers shared internally and a profit share scheme to match.

The Role

This role is not your classic research role. While half your efforts will be dedicated to classic qual and quant insight work (with a slight qual leaning), the other half will be dedicated to creating tangible, innovative ideas for the branding of companies such as Unilever, Pepsi, TalkTalk and eBay. Its all about big ideas for big brands. They work on a range of projects including brand strategy and portfolio development, product and service innovation, capability and innovation skills mapping, as well as brand due diligence.

They are based in Berkshire but are reachable in 28 mins from Paddington and 45 mins from Clapham Junction.

This is fully-fledged, of-age business that is reflected in the type of person hired, with all employees being the type to; step up, be proactive, keep up to date with current affairs, be service orientated, and can distill their thinking into 1 sentence.

Innovative, big-picture thinker
Service oriented with proven ability to show a client a new methodology/ approach
Client-side experience is not discouraged, but the bulk of your experience needs to be from an agency perspective
Ability to design, create and run innovation workshops
