This dedicated qualitative team have a vast amount of resources at their disposal ensuring they are at the forefront of methodological advancement and industry thinking and developments. They work collaboratively with quant teams whilst enjoying their own identity and in a sense operate as a boutique enjoying plenty of creative freedom.  They have the budget and backing to experiment and innovate, along with an extremely strong standing in the industry which has helped them secure (and keep!) a raft of high-profile clients. The team is diverse, comprised not only of qualitative researchers but also a dedicated PM team, digital experts, ethnographers along with specialists in workshop facilitation, design thinking, curation and semiotics. You’ll always have someone with a fresh perspective to bounce ideas off which you’ll undoubtedly benefit from and enjoy!

Time to step into the limelight….the team are keen to hire a Qualitative expert who is capable of making a real impact in their brand, communications and advertising offering, driving strong growth in this area. With a deep understanding of the creative development process, starting with early stage, you will be able to speak with comms agencies in their own language.  As an Associate Director, you’ll have a clear passion for your clients’ businesses, at ease when it comes to maintaining and developing great client relationships through consultation and partnership. You’ll have a knack for breaking down complex research topics and briefs into a tangible and actionable research approach. Presentations will be delivered with style and panache, and you will be a key mentor to more junior team members effectively coaching and nurturing rising stars.
