Play a pivotal senior role delivering insights on a prestigious Financial Services survey which is utilised by many of the providers across the retail banking spectrum of products from current accounts, credit cards to life assurance and pensions. As an experienced Research Director with a credible financial research background you will be instrumental in strengthening and growing business. Although the focus is tracking, there will also be the opportunity to work on ad-hoc requests and you will have responsibility for client accounts and their commercial development. Leading on pitches and proposals, you will also have line management and coaching responsibilities, whilst also having the freedom to create thought leadership and blog pieces to support the marketing effort of the division. Your client management skills will be second to none and you will become a trusted advisor to your clients – an entrepreneurial spirit will also come into play here.
