Senior Qualitative Partner (RD level) | Boutique Insight Agency

We are looking for a Senior Qualitative Partner (Research Director level) to help drive a boutique agency forward with innovation and fresh thinking.

The Client:

Their extensive client list features the likes of Tesco, Boots, BBC & Hotels.com, giving you the opportunity to work on a variety of business challenges, combining both traditional and digital methodologies across qual and quant methods.

The role:

As a Senior Qualitative Partner, you will be leading a creative & motivated team. It's still a hands-on role but you'll also be leading key client accounts ensuring an excellent level of client service and making sure insights are really addressing the clients brief. You'll enjoy winning new business, innovating and challenging thinking.

Skills:

8+ years' qualitative experience
Leading client accounts and growing relationships
An innovation mindset - you'll be someone who's excited by new ways of thinking and methodologies.
A commercial & entrepreneurial attitude

They are based in the heart of London and are strong supporters of flexi-working & no emails past 6pm! Everyone is allocated £1k training budget per year, as well as operating a profit share scheme (so you're rewarded for your business development successes) and BUPA health insurance!
