This research agency is based in beautiful rural Berkshire and specialises in the global technology & IT sector. The role:

They are looking for a quantitative Senior Research Executive to join their talented team as a result of their huge growth from new and existing clients. The role involves independently running research projects (from scripting online surveys in Confirmit, managing the fieldwork stage, and producing data reports) and working with junior members of the team to offer training and support on their projects, and ensure all work meets the high standards required.

SREs are responsible for managing the data-only service and working directly with clients on research projects, supporting the Operation Managers with recruitment and onboarding, and deciding on and successfully rolling out the team strategy.

It's an excellent opportunity for those who have successfully conducted research projects to develop and gain managerial skills.

Skills:

Minimum of 12 months research experience, with knowledge of quantitative research methods

Proven track record of creating online surveys and/or working with quantitative data in a professional workplace

Ideally you will have the Market Research Society Advanced Certificate qualification

Proven capabilities in at least five of the following key areas; adding value to peer reviewing and signing off work, awareness and knowledge of a range of research methods (including non-standard research projects like client-sample and benchmarking projects), demonstrated effective client comms and management on research projects, ability to successfully troubleshoot, demonstrates industry best practice on project work and initiatives, successfully sharing knowledge during training and project support
