This organisation uses insights and analytics as part of its overall remit so as Analyst Manager you'll be working with quant/qual based data sets and overseeing a dedicated analyst team. What's required is knowledge of market research processes (both primary and secondary led) and the ability to manage strategic recommendations to clients based upon key insights uncovered, plus leadership/mentoring qualities.
