Research Analyst – Leadership Advisory

As a research-based position, this role will entail carrying out qualitative and quantitative research, liaising with a client-focused consulting team to deliver solutions to a range of clients’ talent and business challenges. You will be translating the meaning behind the data and challenge the client team to deliver insights that are robust, relevant and truly make an impact. Your workload will chop and change according to business priorities and client needs and therefore you will need to be versatile and adaptable.

To be considered for this position you will demonstrate excellent exposure to both qualitative and quantitative research and convey a genuine interest in business psychology and the difference that this approach can make to an organisations’ success. You will demonstrate client-facing experience and be extremely confident and personable in front of internal and external stakeholders.
