In the past decade this agency has seen exponential growth and are regarded as one of the most innovative, and strategic Market Research agencies in the APAC region. Partnering with a host of clients across sectors (FMCG, retail, financial services, and government) they provide solutions to complex problems.
Due to growth in Singapore they are looking for a smart and commercially minded Qualitative Market Researcher to join them.
You will be responsible for;
- Developing and eventually owning client relationships within the FMCG, Financial Services, Retail an Shopper sector. You will work with clients to define their key business challenges and shape qualitative studies that will answer those challenges.
- Shape, design and deliver qualitative research
- Run qualitative fieldwork – running depths with ease, conducting focus groups using a range of moderation techniques
- Analyses key insights and help find the ‘answer’ for your clients
- Pull together stories, reports and presentations that answer the bigger questions – your focus is on solutions.
The culture, and behaviour traits we are looking for are; collaborative sprit, innate drive, intellectually sharp, and commercially savvy.
Essentials:
- 5+ years’ agency MR experience within a qual capacity
- Strong qualitative experience running IDI’s , focus groups, online communities and ethnography
- Exceptional communication skills and an ability to solve the complex
