The role: Business Development Manager ANZ
Reporting directly into the Head of Sales, your focus will be to build strong and lasting client relationships with new clients. From the get-go, you will leverage and grow existing client accounts, whilst building new clients from scratch. We’re looking for a go getter who has umph, drive, and the tenacity to sell (and be rewarded for your efforts)
Variety will be what keeps you motivated, and your days will see you:
- Developing new client opportunities and relationships through networking, cold calling, attending conferences and connecting to your existing network
- Partnering with clients to understand their needs and consult with them – you’ll have a very strategic approach to selling, clients trust you
- Setting up meetings and tracking performance for clients
- Presenting to new clients and pitching for projects and proposals
- Partnering with the marketing, and analytics team to gain a deeper understanding of what people, want and need
- Mentoring, and developing a junior team
Its essential that you have prior business development experience in market research/ online panel or research technology with a proven track record of hitting targets.
