Quantitative Consultant – 3-month contract – BE & CX

A global Research, Insights and Strategy agency is looking for a Quantitative Consultant to join their growing Sydney division. 2020 as kicked off with winning new clients, projects and there is more growth projected in the pipeline. 

The agency partners with clients across both the private and public sector and proved strategic ideas and recommendations that ignites business success. Through blending behavioural economics, qualitative, quantitative and client internal data they can gain a full picture of what's happening - rather than what people say is. They don't take things at face value and are constantly questioning the why in decision making. Projects vary from branding, innovation, segmentation to CX and consumer journey mapping.

We're looking for a Quantitative Researcher to hit the ground running on an immediate contract - there is also every opportunity for the contract to be extended for the right person! 

Key areas of the role: 

  • End-to-end experience in quantitative research; proposal writing, questionnaire design, analysis, reporting and delivering presentations to clients.
  • Insight generation capabilities, you will turn data into insights and nudges that are tangible for clients 
  • Strong analytical and statistical capabilities and proficient use of Q and or SPSS. Experience blending secondary data, with primary data is advantageous. 
  • Exposure, expertise or a passion for Behavioural Economics and behavioural change is a requirement for this job as it underpins all our work.

It's essential that you have prior Market Research agency experience with strong problem-solving skills. The agency is strategic and has a creative approach to their design and ways of working.
