The research they carry out is varied and covers everything from unlocking new markets for growth, helping companies play a meaningful role in patient and professional decision making, and understanding the true value of treatments. Project types include patient journeys, customer segmentation studies, multi-channel communications and brand strategy – the research is purpose built for today’s marketing world. 

As a Qualitative research expert, you will take full responsibility for the end to end delivery of Qualitative research projects from proposal to final client presentation. You will be confident across all stages of project delivery including interviewing / moderation.

In this role you will join a team of not only smart researchers but people who are energetic, curious and inspiring! This hands-on position provides the opportunity to blend research and marketing, through the delivery of creative and innovative research solutions for your clients.

You

  • 4-8+ years’ experience in a market research agency
  • Strong qualitative research
  • Experience in healthcare experience would be ideal but not essential – a passion for the sector is a must
  • Energetic, outgoing, self-starting personality
  • Strong client and relationship management skills
