  • They have a solid reputation, global footprint (reaching 60+ millions of users globally) and provide research tech solutions for over 6,000 clients spanning market research, media, advertising and consulting!

numbers. Sydney division is in growth mode with big 2020 projections and are seeking an experienced Sales/ Business Director to pave a new road to success. You will their newly created solutions division, partnering with end commercial clients outside of MR. This is a hunter role, where you will equally as confident with going out and winning new client accounts  as you are with being hands on with the deliver.

It’s unique role, as the team operated like that of a ‘start-up’ – but as all the tools, reputation and benefits of a global organisation!

Daily you will;

  • Develop growth strategies, and identify new sales opportunities and revue streams 
  • Pitch for new clients through networking, reactivating pre-existing accounts and upselling
  • Attend conferences and client meetings championing the technology, you won’t just provide the technology, you provide business solutions that reduce client pain points 
  • Build strong and lasting client relationships within C-Suite executives the commercial sector
  • Grow the current divisions profit and client base two-fold (you’ll be rewarded with a very lucrative uncapped commission structure)
  • Manage a customer-centric and solutions focused team where you will provide ongoing mentorship and support, creating a culture of success

We’re looking for a senior sales professional who has senior proven experience in the online market research and technology sector.

It’s essential at this level that you have;

  • The ability to see the bigger picture and can build strong, lasting and strategic client relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A hands-on, motivative and proactive approach to selling – you will go out and hunt! 
  • A strong understanding of the market research sector, knowing how to speak your client’s language
  • Experience managing, mentoring and leading a sales team, it’s expected that you would lead from the front
  • Impeccable communication skills, with negotiation and consultative selling experience
  • A desire to thrive in an environment when doors open when you work hard.
