THE ROLE
As a Business Performance & Insight Manager in the Research & Insight team, you will be at the forefront of helping to shape our client's customer experience through exceptional analysis using leading edge techniques and identifying opportunities that have the greatest positive impact for the customer. You will champion the customer in all decision making and manage the end to end Customer Satisfaction Programme from which you will deliver meaningful and actionable insight, delivered in a compelling way.

You will be experienced in working with a variety of data sets including quantitative and qualitative customer research data alongside operational data, driving appropriate conclusions. You are adept at working collaboratively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes. You will relish the opportunity to manage and develop a talented team of insight professionals.

YOU
The successful Business Performance and Insight Manager:

- experience using data from market research surveys
- demonstrable knowledge of marketing research methodologies/techniques
- proven analytical ability to synthesize a broad range of data sources to produce insights and recommendations
- market research or analytics background
- strong analytical knowledge and reporting expertise
