As this is a small company you can’t be afraid of mucking in and getting your hands dirty. You will be fully involved in everything from the proposal through to the strategic delivery. They love providing clients with solutions and delivering them in an interesting way (films/books/posters – it doesn’t always have to be PowerPoint!) and just as important is they love having fun on projects, with clients and with each other.
