Insight Operations Manager - PR & Communications Insights

Crucial Insight Operations Manager role for this technologically advanced provider of media insights to the PR & Communications field!

A highly varied role, as Insights Operations Manager (Project Manager) you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the group's portfolio of insight clients, coordinating analyst production teams to ensure the timely delivery of ongoing high-quality reports to communicate insightful media analysis. As the regular contact for both clients and production teams in relation to the data preparation, report production and deadlines, you will ensure successful delivery of all processes required to distribute the reports to clients, provide feedback and answer follow up questions. Furthermore you'll help onboard new clients, including report structure design, brief implementation, analyst training, and liaising directly with the client, and you will keep your line manager, the Insight lead, abreast of progress pertaining to the successful creation of reports and implementation of new client frameworks, work closely together to ensure the analysis is of high quality and remains relevant, thus providing information for account growth opportunities where applicable.

This role really suits an insight operations manager, insights production manager or market research project manager/executive with strong communication and organisational skills, great coordinating attributes, familiarity with insights delivery processes, and some experience of quality control/assurance. There will be some opportunity to get involved in sights itself as this department and service grows.
