Job Details

Are you looking for a role that can have a real impact on people's lives? This is an opportunity to be involved in understanding what people need at a core level, in a company with great career progression, a great culture and also a reputation as one of the most trusted public sector research consultancies.

This role sits within the communication team, working on a range of high-profile Government and public sector projects that are striving for behaviour change. Their work frequently wins awards and have become the go-to company for campaigns, putting them in the top tier for social research agencies in the UK. They help Government and other clients to design communications that work to engage with people on a range of complex and/or sensitive topics evaluating most of the government's flagship campaigns, such as THINK! road safety, Change4Life, Stoptober, Smokefree, This Girl Can, Be Clear on Cancer, GREAT, Go Ultra Low, Apprenticeships, Teacher recruitment and organ donation among others.

They do a significant amount of social research and behavioural work and their work ranges across multiple issues. Although this role is quantitative focused, they are open to mixed methodology researchers.

You'll help generate ground-breaking insights, for a company who pride themselves on being the most commercially minded public sector specialists around due to their hiring policy and composition of their teams. With huge room for personal and professional development and in such a collaborative team, this is a really exciting role.

If you're a quantitative or mixed methods (qual) researcher who is looking to move to a company who are making waves for their innovative behaviour change approach, do get in touch. They will then, invest in you, make sure you become an expert in the sector as well as improving your research skills. It's less about level and more about aptitude. They are looking for good researchers first and foremost.

The role itself dives into appropriately challenging client's requests, approaching each individual situation with creativity to find data-driven solutions. Analysing data to help shape narratives for clear and effective findings, deliverables, storytelling and impactful insights. No experience in public sector necessary, just strong quantitative or qualitative research experience from a market research agency.
