Job Details
Multinational giant has created a new role to further increase insight activity within the
Marketing team. We seek an analytical and technically skilled consumer and market insights
specialist to join the team. This position will be responsible for assessing needs,
recommending, developing and supporting best in class market research methodology and
supporting techniques to meet defined business objectives globally and in Europe. Specifically
you will identify insight priorities and ensure the rapid and timely execution of world-class
work.
Working with Global and Country campaign partners and broader stakeholders you will act as the
European hub developing and rolling out products to a range of European markets ensuring the
outputs are relevant and actionable.
This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities as well as outstanding
business acumen. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity,
with strong attention to detail, vocally self-critical, with demonstrable ability to work in a
fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities Include
* Developing in-depth analyses for ad hoc requests and projects, and increasing efficiency
* Selecting the most appropriate research methodology and techniques
* Designing qualitative and quantitative research plans
* Designing research questionnaires and moderator guides
* Interpreting data, writing reports, and making actionable recommendations
* Supporting consumer research projects in Europe and Internationally; these may be either
primary research or secondary data projects
* Keys to success in this role include exceptional analytics, statistics, judgement, and
communication skills.
You will be an experienced consumer insights professional (designing and managing primary
research or synthesising secondary research) with real strength in quant methods and analysis.
Bringing exposure across a wide array of product, brand, advertising and customer satisfaction
research methodologies. With exceptional written and oral communication abilities, strong
analytic skills and a willingness to embrace statistical modelling and analysis. European
experience is highly desirable as are European languages (German would be highly desirable).
