On the commercial side, they drive better customer and employee experience and help to strengthen brands and reputations. At Research Director level, you will play an important role in the company’s growth plans by building and managing client relationships, whether that be farming existing client accounts or hunting for new opportunities – the agency has a strong reputation with real expertise and credibility which you are sure to benefit from when it comes to pitching. Aside from commercial responsibilities, you will be a strong research practitioner, able to make impactful and thought provoking insights and recommendations to your clients. Both quant and / or qual expertise is welcomed, as is the ability to manage and lead a team.

The starting salary will reflect your previous background and future potential in the role, and this agency is open to part time / flexible working arrangements if this is required.
