Targets will be typically related to the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors and those associated with it, and you’ll be promoting a range of bespoke market research services that is demonstrative of this firm’s approach to tailored offerings and flexibility.

Whilst knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotech and/or life sciences is desirable, it’s less essential than a proven background in selling research and analysis, gained most likely from agency or consultancy. It’s a new Business Development Manager/Director role, and one than can be both built around your level of experience, and also shaped by you – which gives you an awful lot of scope to make this your own. As this firm are based in the North West, there’s also homeworking on offer meaning you can be based anywhere in the UK, provided you’re open to occasional visits to Head Office.
