Insight Manager - Clientside (One Year FTC)

Arms-length government body working within the financial services sector seeks an experienced
insight manager to work on initiatives to help people manage their money.

Working hand-in-hand with stakeholders throughout the UK you will both support and lead
insights projects. You will work on varied projects including tracking surveys, ad hoc
qualitative and quantitative studies and secondary research from commissioning and ongoing
project management to final delivery.

We require relevant experience working in consumer or social market research (either agency-
side and/or client-side) and significant experience of managing ongoing tracking projects, as
well as ad hoc qualitative and quantitative studies.

You will be proficient in research design, development of discussion guides and questionnaires,
managing fieldwork, analysis, and reporting. Comfortable analysing quantitative and qualitative
data, including complex datasets, proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.g. creating
formulas, lookups and references, pivot tables etc), you will have demonstrable experience in
using consumer and market insights (both qualitative and quantitative) to tell a compelling and
insightful story, in a range of formats including PowerPoint and written reports and experience
of effectively engaging, negotiating and working with subject matter experts and other key
stakeholders.

This role is offered on a one year fixed term contract.
