The Client
We are working with a multi-award-winning agency that is pushing the boundaries and trying to reinvent quantitative market research from a differing perspective. Stemming from a focus on the more irrational and emotive side to the way we make decisions this agency bases a lot of their work on behavioural economics. Traditional agencies interacting with their respondents will focus on a more conscious, calculated and logical response whereas this agency prize themselves on delving deeper into the emotions behind a response, they focus on the subconscious and intuitive decision making ability as they believe that emotion is at the heart of everything that we do.
The Role
If this ideology resonates with you and you are looking for a stepping-stone to the next level of your career, then this role will offer you the opportunity to do just that. You will have the chance to work with one of their founding directors to help win new business. This will involve writing pitches and delivering presentations to clients they already know rather than cold calling. They have a reputation as the go-to innovative agency for smaller projects and are looking for someone to help change this perception and help them win the larger continuous projects.
Could be a great role in which to get noticed, work closely with the senior director, and gain some strong mentoring.

4+ years market research experience, preferably agency-side
