Insights Consultant - Clientside (9 month contract – quick start)

Public sector organisation seeks a seasoned quant research professional, to hold responsibility for the management of a major official statistics study, specifically the on-boarding of a new supplier and methodology change, and the creation and delivery of insights to the organisation and industry as a whole.

The successful candidate would be expected to manage the insight requirements, including primary research projects and insights generation. The primary focus of this role will be the transition from offline to online survey, and the onboarding of a new supplier. This will involve:

* The management, analysis and communication of findings from quantitative and qualitative research projects from set-up through to reporting.
* Managing supplier relationships and responding to the data and insight needs of internal and external stakeholders.
* Generating insights from primary and secondary research to inform internal stakeholders as to the state of the market. Primarily the identification of strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities to the market ahead of their impact.

It is essential you have experience in managing complex and large scale continuous quantitative research projects and delivering results that are timely, influential and support business decisions. It is highly desirable that you will have spent time working within a classic research agency setting so you are familiar with the end to end process of delivering survey results including questionnaire development. You must be adept in mediating and managing between various stakeholders and have the gravitas to work with demanding internal and external clients.
