Associate Director – CX Technology

As an Associate Director, you will get to wear many hats working across their flagship client accounts. Not only will you have variety in your days, you’ll spend time on site with clients – becoming an extension to their insight’s division. Working alongside an experienced (and really switched on team) you will lead client accounts and be involved in driving strategic insights, generating recommendations, tracking change, reporting and presenting.

About you:

• You are an experienced quantitative researcher who’ enjoys variety in their days
• You have strong technical skills and high attention to detail 
• You are interested / have experience with Customer Experience, and VoC research 
• You use both your right and left brain – able to turn complex data and information, into clear recommendations that drive tangible change.
• You are a commercial thinker – you understand what your clients, want and need, you’re not afraid to tell them what needs to be changed!
