Senior Insight Executive | Customer Loyalty Specialists
We are working with a leading customer experience agency that are well known for developing propositions and reports that are loved by their clients so much that they return time and again for more fantastic insight. Their average client retention period is 8-10 years! This is a chance to work with blue chip organisations such as Lloyds and British Gas.

You will have the opportunity to work across multiple projects whilst establishing great rapport with your main client(s). Developing insight and actionable content will make up the bulk of your day to day work with an emphasis on creating a compelling story from research. Ensuring projects are running smoothly will, of course, be essential, but alongside this you will get the chance to develop your line managing skills as the Insight Executives and Assistants will need your leadership and guidance.
2+ years' experience in research/ insight either agency or client side
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Drive to build successful client relationships
Ideally, but not a deal breaker, you will have experience in the finance sector
