The Role
As our Data Analyst, you will help create a data management culture by working collaboratively across all Law Society departments. This will include the provision of high quality reporting processes and tools, to ensure the organisation is able to exploit valuable information using the latest tools and techniques. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret large and varied data sources will be crucial to this role.
Your key tasks will be to:
Identify opportunities: by using data and analytics to address member and policy priorities. Looking for ways to create opportunities and to scope improvements (e.g. in the development of automated insight tools and regular actionable insight packs)Design analytical solutions: guide TLS by collaborating with CRM/data engineering teams to ensure data collection/storage strategies and methods allow for effective analysis with demonstrable benefits for the businessData management oversight: ensuring quality data collection (cleanliness, accuracy, validity and timeliness) across TLS
What we're looking for
We are looking for someone well versed in handling 'big data' and able to work to glean appropriate insights from across a range of data analysis tools. You will have experience of databases and statistical / data analytics software such as Excel, SPSS, and SQL etc.
