Exciting new role in Sofia with one of our consumer research agency clients!
We're looking for a Director to lead the strategy and project management team. This is more of an internally facing role, and very little client work will be expected from you.
The main requirements for the role are:
* Strategic planning
* Team management and training
* Resource management - making sure there is a healthy proposal pipeline
* Innovation and improvement
To be successful you will have had experience in a traditional consumer research role, being very familiar with full service work and various methodologies. In addition, extensive experience of managing people is a must! If you've also worked in an international organization, then you are perfect for this role.
