We all know that people don’t behave rationally and modern theories of consumer psychology have become increasingly influential in the worlds of marketing and insight.
At this ground-breaking agency, behavioural science, has long been embedded into the techniques they use and they are constantly developing and using clever, new research techniques to give their clients a competitive advantage.

As part of a team of ten, you will be designing and running a range of UK and multi-national, market research projects in branding, advertising and concept development research (typically using quantitative methods with a qualitative twist).
You will be carrying out project tasks from day one and rapidly moving towards managing whole smaller projects, from kick-off to presentation stage.
Your day will be definitely be fast paced but their processes are smooth and streamlined (they have project managers to handle the nuts and bolts of project management) so it’s easy to get things done and you will be well rewarded both financially and by being in a hugely enjoyable environment, with the right level of challenge.

The successful candidate will be bright, lively and extremely well organised, with great communications skills and meticulous about detail.
Ideally, you will already have a year or so of market research agency experience, or perhaps a placement year, some clientside experience, or have worked in a related discipline such as marketing or advertising.
Superstar graduates, with an outstanding academic background (think ‘A’ grades at A level plus a Russell group degree) with some wider experience of life and work and with English as a first language, will also be considered
