Researcher

Our client is one of the world's leading data, insights and consulting companies.

They are looking for a talented Researcher to join their full-service team, to work on both Tracking and Ad hoc research studies.

With at least 3-4 years end to research experience, you will be an established Quantitative expert, who is skilled in the whole process of end to end research.

As well as questionnaire design, the successful candidate will have a deep understanding of research methodologies and be able to recommend the best methodological approaches to use in order to achieve the required data.

You will be able to understand, analyse, interpret and simplify the data, filling the end clients' research knowledge gaps through your consultation and guidance. Adopting a consultative approach to help clients understand and meet their research needs, whilst adapting accordingly for a varied client base that includes leading brands across the Retail, Technology and Financial Services sectors.

You will be someone extremely client-facing - A confident and convincing communicator, with a strong negotiating skill set. You will possess a mature, level-headed attitude and be relaxed under pressure. A strong team player whilst being autonomous and proactive.

Open minded in your approach and receptive to feedback, you will be adaptable to change, new ideas and ways of working. A quick learner who is flexible, based on opportunity and business requirements. Someone who is willing to teach and mentor junior team members.
