Join a global strategic insights consultancy that views problems through a behavioural and cultural lens.

Day to day is always different, especially in this varied role. You might be running innovation workshops with the police to get their take on anti-social behaviour, drinking with bartenders to understand changes in drinking culture, or interviewing university students about how they decided what to study.

This agency is curious, and they partner with both commercial and government organisations to solve problems and understand the world around them. Using a behavioural framework, combined with qualitative, and quantitative research they explore; innovation, usage and attitudes, branding, campaign evaluation and New product development.

Due to growth – the team is looking for a Quantitative Research Strategist to join them. This is an interesting role, where you will manage research projects from pitch to presentation and all stages in between (questionnaire design, analysis, storytelling, reporting and presenting). As a quantity, you will have solid technical skills with SPSS and Q, but would be awesome is you were interested or had experience in running groups, IDIs, workshops or ethnography.

What will you do for clients?

  • Answer the big questions about today, and tomorrow
  • Decode attitudes and actions
  • Understand what people need, when they don’t know what they want
  • Test, understand and predict the behaviour that signals a cultural change
  • Nudge and influence behaviour
  • Guide Cultural Tractions
  • Shape the future and foresee trends

What’s in it for you?

  • A fun, social, smart and supportive team that will further develop what you know
  • Awesome clients, and interesting projects to solve
  • Genuine career progression (promotions on merit)
  • A highly ambitious, successful and smart senior management team
  • Awesome offices
  • Tailored training and development (both internal and external)
  • Great bens: additional leave, flexible working, social events, fresh fruit and a MacBook!

Your passion is listening to people from all walks of life, discovering new ways of looking at the world and understanding how brands and government organisations can use human behaviour, and cultural insights to develop strategy, products and communication.

If you are interested, please send your  CV to Emily Moser emoser@resourcesgroup.com or call me on +61 02 9051 9968. If this isn’t right, but you’re a researcher looking for your next step, please get in touch.
