The Client
Based in a great London location, our client has a modern and open plan office. Specialising in package design research, they partner their clients to help them build ideas and create new packaging for their products that appeal to the consumer. They are a unique, boutique consultancy, who pride themselves in having a real passion for what they do that allows them to deliver high quality, actionable insights to their clients. They have an impressive list of blue-chip clients they work with. They boast a family feel, friendly environment, where people enjoy collaborating and contributing to the success of the organisation.
Due to recent growth, they are now looking to bring on a Senior Research Executive to work across a mix of quantitative and qualitative projects.
The Role
As Senior Research Executive, you will be co-ordinating and running a wide range of qualitative and quantitative projects, managing the project through its life cycle, from start to finish ensuring the smooth running and success. You will play a key role in supporting the Managers and Directors in delivering the projects in a timely and accurate fashion. Clients span across FMCG, media, retail, technology and pharmaceutical.
Key Duties Include:-
- Contributing to proposals, to help secure and win new business
- Writing questionnaires and topic guides, carrying out both online and offline qualitative methodologies - including focus groups and IDI's, conducting co-creation workshops
- Liaising with clients on a daily basis, providing them with updates
- Carrying out analysis, pulling out key findings and writing reports and presentations
- Presenting findings to clients
The Candidate
- Ideally educated to degree level, with a strong grounding in quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Ability to run research projects from start-to-finish, and trouble shoot any issues along the way, so that the projects run smoothly
- Candidates who are quantitative or qualitative in focus, can be considered - but it's imperative that you are happy to work across both methodologies
- A genuine passion for package design is a must - this is at the heart of their business, and something that is key to being successful and having a strong understanding of client needs
- Ability to write questionnaires or discussion guides
- Experience in moderating groups would be an advantage
- A curious nature, where you are keen to review the data collected and produce insightful reports and presentations for your clients
- You will be a confident and articulate individual, who can multi-task and work on several projects at one time
