As a principal consultant, you will report directly into the MD with your core focus on 3 objectives – New Business Development, Delivery of Research and Team Building.

As a natural business hunter, you will get satisfaction from winning new clients through your network, business development, and referrals. It’s a highly consultative position, that will encompass strategic thinking, and problem-solving – you will take the time to understand business, and how you can tailor your offerings to meet their objectives.

Your personable nature, smarts and prior experience will you a real clout with clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Track record of successful Business Development/ sales in Customer Experience or market research
  • A network and clients that you can tap into
  • Determination and credibility – clients trust you
  • Forward-thinking
  • Ideally, you will have hands-on research skills, with the ability to translate complex data and information into consideration recommendations and strategies for clients
