THE ROLE
The Marketing Insights Analyst is responsible for monitoring, measuring, evaluating and reporting on the success of our marketing and content activity.

Reporting to the Digital Communities Manager, you will you generate valuable insights that enable our client to develop content and campaigns that truly engage and inspire its audiences.

You will also champion and support the strategic development of accurate analysis, evaluation and reporting on content and marketing activity, including offline as well as website, email, social, display advertising and integrated campaigns.

YOU
- Experience of detailed reporting for a wide range of activity, using analytical skills to identify trends and translate data
- Experience of using analysis to generate useful insights that can improve the impact of campaigns
- Demonstrable experience of delivering/contributing to market research projects and translating outcomes into workable insights
- Experience of successfully evaluating content marketing programmes
- Experience of turning campaign objectives into KPI dashboards
- Experience of developing plans across existing and new channels
- Significant experience of working with Google Analytics, social media analytics and other tools, including segmentation and creating reports
