Head of London, 8+ years experience. Global Consultancy with clients including Whole Foods, Match.com, Chipotle, audible, airbnb, ITV, lyft and more.

They are a really unique consultancy that sit more on the planning end, they do a lot of work advertising companies. They're really creative and what sets them apart is that they have an outstanding design team along with an impressive film production team. The film production team have a background in documentary productions and journalism. They were finalists in the MRS award for best agency under £20m.

They are looking for a Head of London, who will work closely with the CEO who is in their North American office. Sharing the same overall goals set in conjunction with the CEO, this person will also have autonomy over the London office and as a whole, will follow in the strategic direction that has brought success to North America and the US.

The role will be focusing on both business and team development as well as helping to embed the over-arching strategy of the company, focusing more on the brand strategy and innovation side of qualitative research. As such, they are looking for someone who is practiced and fully comfortable with standard brand and communications thinking as well as models/strategic tools from positioning vs purpose and creative strategy vs execution.

Travel will be expected, both regional and long haul dependent on the clients you will be working with. Ideally, this person will not be out on project often but will be expecting to build relationships with clients, old and new. They work on social impact projects including legalising marijuana through to reimagining and designing the future of property in London.

The right candidate will possess a range of product innovation and brand strategy experience, alongside strong qual, with the ability to provide high-level oversight of the project life cycle from proposal through project completion.
