Qual-quant consumer researcher

Although they have been operating separate qual and quant teams up until now, this clever and successful agency has recently trained up one of their junior researchers to cover both disciplines and it's worked so well that they are now looking for another, more senior person to work in the same way.

It makes a lot of sense as many of their projects include both qual and quant elements, so it avoids duplication of effort (and some might say also makes for a more interesting role for the researcher involved across the whole project).

The role will be qual-heavy but with some quant research coming your way too, giving you a chance to stretch both sides of your brain.

Your role will be to support the delivery of a wide range of consumer projects, from proposal writing to client liaison and presentation of findings. You will also be expected to help build client relationships but out-and-out business development is not a priority.

The ideal candidate is a confident quallie, who can also turn their hand to quant, can help drive the business forward and is also happy to mentor junior team members.
