Data Analyst (Insight) – Market Research

Play a key part in insights delivery as a Data/Insight Analyst for this well respected market research firm that focuses on customer loyalty.

Acting as the data expert – both in terms of the set up and implementation of projects but also the delivery of insights to clients through statistical analysis expertise – you’ll ensuring projects are well executed through working closely with research team.

Specifically the Data Analyst/Insight Analyst be involved with analysis of data and information to find ways to improve operations and internal processes, cover statistical analysis to help the Insight Team deliver insights which help clients better understanding their customers, support on designing questionnaires and data collection methods, script surveys, and more besides.

Ideally you’ll have already had some experience in a research and data environment, have learned to manipulate large and/or complex data sets, have used SPSS, SQL, Excel, have some understanding of statistical analysis, and also strong communication skills.
