Client Insights Director – Top brand clients

This role will see you working with one some of the businesses flagship accounts across a mix of sectors to seek out opportunities and leverage the power of the services offered. An excellent communicator, you will draw on your board ranging experience to understand the client needs and translate them into action. You should have the confidence and commercial acumen to go and pitch for fresh work and client business. You will lead a team and should be a strong people manager.

You are of course not expected to be an expert in all but this role does require a mixed tool kit of both quantitative and qualitive research and you should have the commercial savvy to work closely with the expert teams to develop the right solution for the client. You should have prior experience of experience of leading strategy and insights.
So, who are you?
You could be a senior insights specialist who has an excellent track record in the commercial management of leading brands when it comes to strategy, proposition development, pricing and product. You could be senior strategist or planner working in a wider strategy team for a large organisation, helping to develop longer term strategy and turning that strategy into action. Or you could be a market researcher who enjoys the client management and commercial aspects of your role who is a natural at seeing the big picture as well as the detail for clients.
