Senior Executive, Client Experience - Up to £180 per day PAYE - 3 month+ contract - London

THE COMPANY
Our client is one of the world's largest professional services network of independent accounting and consulting firms, building a culture where its people share in its success.

THE ROLE
As Senior Executive your main focus will be driving the Client Voice programme and ensuring insights are produced to enable teams to deliver a distinctive client experience.

More specifically you will be:

- managing the effective day-to-day operation of the client voice programme
- assisting with the resolution of operational issues with the external provider(s) on
surveys/platform and proposing ongoing enhancements
- building an extensive internal network and proactively engaging with colleagues (eg
partners/directors, Marketing and Business Development) in gaining more feedback from clients and ensuring follow-up action, escalating any delays or challenges
- working collaboratively with the wider Marketing and Business Development team, supporting the implementation of relevant initiatives, events and campaigns
- ensuring the firm's CRM database is updated with all types of client satisfaction review information

YOU
You will need:

- immediate or imminent availability
- previous Voice of the Customer programme experience (agency or clientside)
- experience of Qualtrics would be appreciated, but it's not essential
- ability to build strong working relationships internally
