They also work with clients to build the internal culture and systems required to be customer-centred on an on-going basis.
Customer Insight is a growing part of the agency’s offering. They work with a number of clients helping them to understand and optimise their online user experiences through continuous and ad-hoc customer insight techniques. The position of Senior Research Consultant will be working closely with the Head of Insight to help drive forward insights. Clients include Retail banking, telecommunications and gaming and projects are very much focussed on customer satisfaction tracking as well as pulling out insight from other data sources.
In order to make an immediate impact within customer insight’s team, you will likely have gained your research experience from within a market research agency or consultancy. Customer satisfaction research and its impact on a client’s business will be a key area of interest to you as will the use of online customer insight techniques. You will similarly enjoy keeping up to date with new research initiatives and developments, with particular emphasis on “voice of the customer” and digital research. In terms of your technical skill set – you will be comfortable when it comes to running all stages of a quantitative research project (both tracking and ad-hoc) and you will also be conversant with more advanced statistical techniques. You will also have a flair for presenting insightful client presentations up to a senior level.
In return for your expertise, you can expect to enjoy a strong starting salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
