They seek an RE to join their team servicing a number of different clients and sectors. Researching all elements that impact customers, from the market offering to branding and communications, to pricing and NPD, tools and methods are across the board, including ad hoc and tracking (on and offline, quant and qual).
You will already have an understanding of the basics of market research practice including managing questionnaire scripting, data collection, analysis and translating data to insights. Any knowledge of SPSS would be useful and further training will be provided in the areas you will be involved in including analysis packages.
