This business works with some of the biggest clients in the world including Google, Twitter and Microsoft providing the world's most comprehensive datasets on consumer behaviours. They're looking for a Senior Engagement Executive to join their specialist research team.
The team have an integral function in the agency, acquiring and imparting knowledge that ensures research methods are robust, informed, and understood within the business. You'll work to assist the team in the creation and maintenance of an online repository of insight best practices and approaches, research methodology, competitor insights and you'll contribute to cross-team initiatives designed to improve collaboration between different teams. You'll also be the go to for complex queries on research from clients.
Excellent written communication skills - in particular, the ability to explain complex issues and concepts clearly and succinctly
Strong analytical skills and a proven problem solver
Experience analysing survey data
1-2 years market research experience, either at a research agency, media agency or client-side.
Enthusiasm for engaging with staff across different teams on research methodology and data interpretation
