Do you want to dedicate yourself to making a difference?
How does the chance to work with a charity at the heart of patient experience sound to you?
We are working with a not-for-profit organisation which puts people's experiences at the heart of delivering person centred care. They have a highly collaborative environment that uses their close-knit team to deliver projects, big or small. This collaborative culture extends to the work life balance offered; their flexible working policy, focus on a balance with your personal life, and structured development plans means you will be valued and well taken care of. Alongside this the work undertaken here is impactful and genuinely contributes to an increase in quality of life for those in healthcare. Not only this but you will get to see the impact of your work and how it is making a difference.
You will have the chance to be involved in the whole life cycle of projects run here. Most of this will be survey orientated and will start with questionnaire/ methodology design, liaising with stakeholders and cognitive testing through to sample checking and fieldwork through to the final data analysis. A crucial aspect of this role is your client management skills as you will be updating them weekly regarding your progress.
