RE/SRE - quantitative & qualitative

The Company
Our client is a full service research consultancy, based in a great London location. They have modern, open plan offices and a professional and friendly working manner. They are looking to take on a Research Executive and a Senior Research Executive, to work on a range of quantitative and qualitative research projects for them. They are a method neutral consultancy and so you will have the opportunity to work across a good range of quantitative and qualitative projects. The work will really interest someone who enjoys working across multiple sectors and closely with their clients.

The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth running of projects, from proposal stage through to delivery of reporting and presentations. You will be reporting into the Director and adding support, as well as mentoring more junior team members. Your clients will be within a variety of sectors, including technology, telecoms, transport and education. You will be client facing and will lead on projects from inception through to completion, taking ownership of the day-to-day management of these.

Key Duties Include:-
- Drafting and contributing to proposals
- Overall responsibility for the day-to-day project management to ensure timely and cost effective delivery
- Daily client contact
- Writing questionnaires and discussion guides
- Moderating focus groups and conducting in-depth interviews
- Analysis
- Reporting and presenting

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and will have a solid grounding in research, ideally from working in a research agency. Experience in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies is essential. You will be skilled in managing multiple projects at one time from start to finish, including writing questionnaires and discussion guides, checking data and results, pulling out key findings, writing reports and preparing presentations. Alternatively, you could be a strong quantitative researcher who is happy to develop your skills in qualitative as well. You will be bright, engaging and someone who is passionate about research. You will be happy to work across multiple sectors and will be an excellent communicator and will have the ability to think outside the box and come up with new ways to do things.
